We do not offer cash refunds. Returns are only accepted in specific situations:
1. Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect and any product defectcontact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Condition of the Item: The returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
3. A full unboxing video is provided as proof — the video must be uncut and continuous from the moment the package is opened
If a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will offer either a replacement or store credit.
The return process is initiated within 2–3 days of receiving the order.
